The Africa Impact Forum will begin on Thursday, May 4 – Sunday, May 7, 2023.
What are the health and safety precautions in place at the impact forum?
The health and safety of participants and event staff is our highest priority, and we will be monitoring the evolving situation with the COVID-19 pandemic leading up to and during the event.
What is the registration price breakdown?
The 2023 Africa Impact Forum registration rates are as follows:
Early Bird registration for delegates | $500 (October 1 – December 31, 2022)
Payment of the registration fee covers for the accommodation and meals for each participant during the Impact Forum. Participants will however be required to pay for their transport to and from Kigali, Rwanda. More details on negotiated rates for flight tickets will soon be communicated.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving anytime from Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 9 am. Registration at the Impact Forum will begin at 11:00 am on the same day.
When should I depart?
We suggest a flight departure time anytime from the afternoon of 4 pm, Sunday, May 7, 2023.

Do I need a visa to enter Rwanda?
From 1st Jan 2018, nationals of all countries receive their visa on arrival at Kigali International Airport and all land borders. Citizens of member countries to the following international organisations: African Union, Commonwealth, and La Francophonie get their visas upon arrival and are waived visa fees for a visit of 30 days.
